When play resumed on Day 4, the visitors were 107/3, and the game was heading towards a dull draw.
However, India quickly ended Bangladesh’s innings on 233. With a lead of 51 runs from the first innings, Team India once again bowled out the opposite numbers on a below-par score. They were limited to 146 in the second essay, and India completed the target of 95 runs after losing just three wickets.

Yashavi jaiswal was consistent throughout the series and scored fifty in both the inings . jasprit bumrah, ravichandran Ashwin , and ravindra jadeja got 3 wicket haul . Yashavi jaiswal was player of the match for his outstanding batting and feilding .

By this game win India get 12 points in World Test Championship . India needs to win 3 games out of 8 games to Qualify for WTC Final . India's next match is against New Zealand from 16 October .
